           Wellbeing has many definitions and you will have your own version of what being a well-

           being means to you. All aspects of your life influence your state of wellbeing and your state
          &#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           of wellbeing can influence many factors in your life.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           As mentioned, I have been rewarded by more than 30 years experience as an educator,

           teaching primary children and leading education teams across Australia in both public and

           Independent schools. As a registered Integrated massage therapist and author of self care

           What is a migraine?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Migraine is an intense, chronic, debilitating neurological dis-ease with extremely incapacitating neurological symptoms. People who get migraines are parents, daughters, sons, children, co-workers, peers, neighbours, friends and family.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           What is migraine to me?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           People who experience migraine usually do not know when they will get an attack, nor do they know its intensity, its frequency nor its duration. Migraine is chronic. Migraine is silent. Migraine is often misdiagnosed. Migraine is debilitating. Migraine is relentless. Migraine is frightening. Migraine is personal. Migraine has many forms. Migraine is not defined by gender nor age. Migraine is misunderstood. Migraine needs research. Migraine needs funding. Migraine is not just a headache. Migraine is not being too sensitive. Yet, migraine can cause sensitivity to sound, smells, touch, tastes and light. Migraine is invisible to an observer. Migraine can require hospitalisation. What is migraine to you?

           Migraine Symptoms
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           I have experienced migraine attacks since childhood and for 40 years, the type of migraine I get are called chronic familial hemiplegic migraines which is a rare form of migraine and at worst, mimic a stroke. My migraine symptoms could be a combination, or all the following: nausea, vomiting, sweating, flushes, difficulty focusing, difficulty remembering, dizziness, vertigo, loss of speech, loss of vision, blurred vision, tingling ‘pins and needles’ sensations, weakness, one side or whole body numbness, flashes of lights, metallic tastes, tiredness, falling asleep mid conversation, body pain, throbbing head pain, no head pain; extreme hypersensitivity to touch, heat, smells, noises (especially beeping) and light (especially bright, flicking or flashing lights both artificial and natural.) So, wearing tinted or sunglasses is my every day, inside and outside. What are your symptoms?

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
