When you change, and charge your energy, you help to maintain balance within: ☆ physical ☆ emotional ☆ mental ☆ spiritual If you, like me, experience chronic health conditions or for any reason you need to calm the body and mind then: Movement in nature can help with healing. Movement in nature can be a distraction as you observe the ebb and flow of life. Movement in nature can provide you with inspiration for creative pursuits. Movement can help to move anxiety stored in the nervous system, through and out of the body. Movement can help you to change your emotional state and help to provide clarity. Moments. That. Is. All. We. Have. Here. And. Now. Take a moment to change and charge your energy. Take a moment to take care of yourself. Moments can be to observe and reflect. Moments can be to plan. Moments to be with loved ones. Moments to acknowledge yourself. Moments to take time out. Moments to be kind to yourself. Moments to be still and be. Moments to take action and do. Moments to say yes. Moments to say no.
