    There are 34 known symptoms of menopause and learning to understand what phase you may be in and practical ways to manage your unique symptoms is beneficial at any phase of peri/menopause/post. This course offers both practical self care ways to manage symptoms and ways to be your own self care advocate when seeking medical or health care advice.

  • I am unable to attend some or all, of the live presentations.
